Mellasat 'Σ' White Pinotage

"Σ", The first commercially available white wine in the world to be made from 100% pinotage grapes, it is a barrel fermented and matured white wine, which oozes tropical fruit on the nose leading to a creamy nuttiness on the palate.

Mellasat Chardonnay

A Classic barrel fermented wine made from this noble variety. Further maturation in French oak barrels for nine months together with batonnage (lees stirring) gives this wine a suppleness on the palate balanced with citrus zest and almondine brioche. This wine can be enjoyed now or aged further if required.

Dekker's Valley Shiraz

On popular request our Shiraz makes its first return as a single varietal since the 2002 vintage (when previously under the Mellasat label).

Dekker's Valley Chenin Blanc
